At Yara's Shoppe, we want you to love what you buy from us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll organise a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, we may accept returns within 7 days of delivery provided the item:

• Is unused and in original condition
• Includes original packaging
• Has proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process any approved refund within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

How to Start a Return

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos if the item is damaged or faulty

Your Rights

Our policy works alongside your rights under New Zealand consumer law. If a product has a major fault, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.
